    Pre-Closing Inspection
    Conducting a full inspection of the property and creating a detailed report with photographs and description of any items that need to be remedied before closing

    Accountancy Support
    Making sure the right package is set up for each client and tax returns are filed yearly, including ITIN applications

    Property Tax
    Ensure that this is paid in a timely manner and negotiating with the tax appraiser on any discrepancies

    Property & Liability Insurance
    Set up appropriate and best value policy with the right coverage and yearly renewal

    Communication
    Provide regular updates to clients, act as the clients advocate and ensure immediate responses to any client request

    Ongoing Inspections
    Visit each owner’s property, report on condition, provide photographs

    Leasing Negotiation
    Our mission is to keep vacancy to a minimum, and we renegotiate leases and rent increases each year for our clients

    Face to Face Contact
    JMA visit Asia at least twice per year to meet with clients and further develop relations between owners and their property manager
