Alistair has over 20 years experience working in the global marketplace. Graduating with a degree in business & finance, he spent the first 10 years of his career in the telecoms industry working for both US & Swedish operators with responsibility for managing the companies largest clients. Since 2006, Alistair has been responsible for helping investors identify income producing real estate assets in the US and ensuring their professional management post sale, thus maximizing their return on investment. Alistair has extensive experience working across cultures and multiple international territories, with a particular emphasis on relationship management, business development and customer service. He serves on the board of two community affordable housing companies as well as his local fire and rescue service.
Alistair is responsible for owner relations, business development, marketing and customer service.
Melvin (Mel) began his real estate career with Title Insurance and Trust Company based in Los Angeles, California in 1977. For the first 22 years of his career he held a variety of positions with 4 different corporate entities with his last as Executive Vice President for a publicly traded title insurance where he oversaw title operations located in California, Arizona and Nevada. In 1999, Mel started his own real estate services business that includes real estate closing, sales, leasing and management services. Mel currently holds title licenses in 22 US states, real estate brokers licenses in 3 US states and serves on a variety of community and charitable boards. Mel earned his MBA from Pepperdine University in 1994.
Mel is the Principal Broker for JMA Property Services. His responsibilities include operational management and regulatory compliance for the company.
Albert began his career as a project development manager for a major Chinese immigration consultancy helping investors source investment projects. He then joined JLL International Property Services as one of the principal consultants, helping clients analyze, purchase and manage international property assets. With 5 years experience, from both the developers and buyers sides, Albert has excellent skills sourcing and analyzing investment markets. His mission is to create a new business model in China which makes investing in mature international property markets a convenient, risk proof and profitable opportunity for Chinese investors by providing a full life cycle service from initial purchase to the final disposal.
Albert is responsible for JMA’s China business.
